The specialty coffee chain Every Half is making strides in market expansion in 2025. In August 2024, when it announced receiving investment from Openspace Ventures and Consumer Partners, Every Half had 8 branches in Ho Chi Minh City.
In May 2025, Every Half announced it had received an additional $3 million in pre-series funding from two investment funds, Openspace Ventures and Consumer Partners. At that time, the chain only had 14 stores. Currently, Every Half CEO Vo Duy Phu (Phu Vo) says the chain is aiming for 27 stores by the end of 2025. Every Half is currently the largest premium specialty coffee chain in Vietnam.
Furthermore, Every Half has officially expanded its market to the North by opening its first store in Hanoi. According to the CEO of Every Half, this first store in the North has undergone a soft opening and will officially launch in the next few days.

In 2026, Every Half will continue to open new stores in both the South and the North, but according to Mr. Phu Vo, because the business is still in the planning stage for the coming year, he cannot share specific figures or details about the next fundraising round.
Founded in 2021 as a café integrated into the M Village co-living spaces of Nguyen Hai Ninh – the founder of The Coffee House – Every Half has now expanded to prime locations on the streets, such as Turtle Lake, a "holy grail" for coffee chains in Ho Chi Minh City. Vo Duy Phu also worked closely with Nguyen Hai Ninh for a long time at The Coffee House.
Because it's a chain developed by former The Coffee House executives, Every Half also places a strong emphasis on environmental protection. In its early stages, The Coffee House firmly stated its stance against using plastic cups in its stores.
In early November 2025, Every Half announced that the new bags it uses for delivery and takeout orders are made from BioFlex, a bioplastic developed from natural starch and made from locally sourced Vietnamese agricultural products. Along with the new bags, the paper trays Every Half uses are also made from recycled cardboard pulp .
Mr. Phu also revealed that Every Half's 14th store in Thao Dien, Ho Chi Minh City, is aiming for Net Zero.
In July 2025, the brand also made a decision that many considered "bold" when it announced an 8-10% price reduction for machine-brewed coffee , despite rising green coffee bean prices, with the goal of making high-quality coffee more accessible to a wider audience.
