On its opening day, Hanoi Centre made a strong impression first and foremost with its overall exterior architecture. The building boasts a modern, clean style without feeling rigid. The buildings are designed with an open concept, utilizing large glass panels combined with open spaces, creating a light and airy feel amidst the already densely populated city center. A notable highlight is the century-old banyan tree preserved within the grounds, providing natural greenery and evoking the image of old Hanoi streets, preventing the building from feeling out of place in the modern urban landscape.

As observed around noon on December 27th, the atmosphere at Hanoi Centre was gradually becoming more lively. While not yet overwhelmingly crowded, the number of visitors was quite bustling, mainly consisting of groups of young people, families, and people working around the city center. The interior space was highly praised for its modern and eye-catching design, with clearly placed and easily visible signage, helping visitors easily navigate to different shopping, dining, and entertainment areas.

Inside, the center features an open-plan design with wide walkways, high ceilings, and maximum use of natural light. The shopping, dining, and experiential areas are seamlessly connected, creating a comfortable and convenient environment. At the center is a communal space that can accommodate community activities and events, enhanced with greenery and landscaping, making Hanoi Centre more than just a shopping destination; it also serves as a cultural and entertainment hub in the heart of the capital.

Observations show that on its first day of operation, the number of open stalls was not very large, with many stores still displaying "coming soon" signs. However, it is easy to see that Hanoi Centre has already attracted quite a few major brands, both international and domestic, promising to create a rich shopping, dining, and entertainment ecosystem when completed.

Specifically, there are many fashion and accessory brands with familiar names such as Zara, Muji, Li-Ning, Fila, Charles & Keith, Chanel… Not to mention the incredibly diverse food and beverage brands, including Starbucks, Jollibee, Mr. Dakgalbi, Baoyu... and many others preparing to open. In addition, there are shopping and service brands such as Phuong Nam Bookstore, PNJ, Dyson… Alongside these are entertainment areas, photobooths for young people, experience zones for families and children, and a cinema – an important piece in the modern shopping mall model.
